Data Deletion and Disconnect Instructions

Disconnect Etsy in StuffOps

1. Sign in to StuffOps.
2. Go to Etsy Connection Center.
3. Select Disconnect Etsy.

What happens after disconnect

• StuffOps marks the Etsy connection as disconnected.
• Live Etsy sync stops.
• Token values are cleared from active connection use.
• Previously synced Etsy reporting data remains only as needed for active account history, support, security, fraud prevention, legal, or compliance records unless you request deletion.

Request data deletion

Email support@StuffOps.com with subject: StuffOps Data Deletion Request.

Include your StuffOps account email and Etsy shop name. We may verify account ownership before deleting data.

After verification, StuffOps removes connected Etsy OAuth tokens and associated synced Etsy operational data within 30 days unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or compliance reasons. We will confirm request receipt and completion status by email.
