StuffOps Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 6, 2026. This policy explains how StuffOps handles Etsy seller data and account information.

What Etsy data StuffOps collects

StuffOps may collect Etsy shop profile data, listings, inventory snapshots, receipts/orders, transactions, shipping/fulfillment updates, and payments metadata where Etsy API access allows it.

Why StuffOps collects this data

To provide seller operations dashboards, sync health visibility, and reporting workflows for Etsy sellers inside StuffOps.

Token security

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored server-side, encrypted at rest, and never intentionally exposed to browser responses.

Retention

StuffOps retains operational data only as long as needed for active product use, support, compliance, and user-requested history. When an account is deleted or a verified deletion request is completed, StuffOps removes connected Etsy tokens and associated operational data unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or compliance reasons.

Disconnect and deletion

Sellers can disconnect Etsy at any time in StuffOps. See Data Deletion for request and processing details.

Third-party sharing

StuffOps does not sell Etsy seller data. Sharing is limited to infrastructure/service providers required to operate StuffOps, subject to contractual safeguards.
