StuffOps Terms of Service

Effective date: June 6, 2026. These terms describe the StuffOps service relationship and user responsibilities.

Service relationship

StuffOps is an independent software service and is not Etsy, Inc. The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Etsy authorization

Users authorize StuffOps through Etsy OAuth. StuffOps does not ask for Etsy passwords.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for compliance with Etsy platform rules, content policies, and marketplace obligations.

API availability disclaimer

StuffOps does not guarantee uninterrupted Etsy API availability, webhook delivery, or third-party platform uptime.

Disconnect rights

Users may disconnect Etsy from StuffOps. See Data Deletion for post-disconnect handling.

Commercial and billing terms

Paid plan terms, billing cadence, refunds, and trial details are shown during account setup or subscription checkout when paid plans are offered.
